Here is a lovely way to use smoked salmon for a quick and easy pasta meal.
Ingredients:
- one pack of Wild Alaskan smoked salmon
- one cup of pasta any desired kind
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 pack of cheddar
- one cup of milk
- one tablespoon flour
- one tablespoon butter
- some Italian herbs
Method:
- boil the pasta and pea’s till al dente about 7 minutes
- melt the butter and mix in the flour to make a roux
- then slowly stir in the milk little by little, add the cheese and herbs
- mix the cheese sauce with the pasta and broken up smoked salmon
