Cheesy Smoked Salmon Pasta

Here is a lovely way to use smoked salmon for a quick and easy pasta meal.
Ingredients:
  • one pack of Wild Alaskan smoked salmon
  • one cup of pasta any desired kind
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 pack of cheddar
  • one cup of milk
  • one tablespoon flour
  • one tablespoon butter
  • some Italian herbs
Method:
  1. boil the pasta and pea’s till al dente about 7 minutes
  2. melt the butter and mix in the flour to make a roux
  3. then slowly stir in the milk little by little, add the cheese and herbs
  4. mix the cheese sauce with the pasta and broken up smoked salmon
