2 8 oz. Alaskan Harvest Silver Salmon fillets
Spray on cooking oil
Herb Sauce:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried basil*
4 drops hot pepper
sauce [Tabasco] optional
1. Mix herb sauce in a bowl
2. Spray cooking oil on meat side of salmon; place
skin side up on medium hot grill**.
3. Grill 3 minutes; turn salmon meat side up.
4. Baste meat with herb sauce while cooking
another 4 minutes.
Makes four servings.
