2 8 oz. Alaskan Harvest Rockfish fillets
1 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1. Heat sauté pan with olive oil.
2. Mix in a plastic bag:
1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper,
1/4 cup bread crumbs, and
2 tablespoons parsley.
3. Shake rockfish in bag; coat with
the seasonings.
4. Sauté in pan for 3-4 minutes per side.
Makes two servings.
