• 1 pound Alaskan Sea scallops
• strong basting Sauce
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preparation Instructions

1. Skewer scallops, about 6-8 per skewer.
2. Combine basting sauce ingredients.
3. Brush scallops with sauce. Grill over hot coals 3-6 minutes, making sure to cook them on both sides.
Add Bell Peppers, orange slices or onions to the skewers with the scallops.
