• 2 packages Alaskan Spot Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
• strong basting Sauce
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preparation Instructions
1. Skewer shrimp, about 6-8 per skewer
2. Combine basting sauce ingredients.
3. Brush shrimp with sauce. Grill over hot coals 3-6 minutes or until shrimp turn pink
Add Bell Peppers, orange slices or onions to the skewers with the shrimp.
